Barry’s “planning” approach to buying and selling residential real estate for his clients grew out of his investment background as a securities broker for a major brokerage firm, his sales background in commerical real estate and his research experience in the field of demographic analysis. Ten years experience in investment property sales – sharpened his marketing and negotiating skills and taught him the meaning of commitment and patience. And, as President of Geonomics, Inc., preparing demographic research and marketing reports for institutional investors, honed his management and organizational skills. Collectively these experiences gave Barry a full measure of what it means to be prepared and the importance of managing time and assets.

On a more personal note, Barry has been a resident of Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, and the Irvine Ranch for over 30 years. He is a licensed multi-engine, instrument rated pilot and his his hobbies include golf and making stained glass cooper foiled windows.
